Gov't Contract and Fiscal Law New Developments Course

Scope: This course provides instruction on new developments in government contract and fiscal law for senior government contract and fiscal law attorneys.
Prerequisites: This course is intended for senior (O-5/GS-14 or equivalent and above) U.S. Government attorneys who work as a contract and/or fiscal law attorney or in a position of significant responsibility. Applicants should have successfully completed the Contract Attorneys Course (5F-F10), Advanced Contract Law Course (5F-F103), or equivalent training, and have a minimum of three years of experience as a contract and/or fiscal law attorney. Applications from all federal agencies meeting this criteria are welcome; however, due to limited class size, priority will be given to Department of Defense attorneys.
Non-DoD applicants must complete the course application below for approval or disapproval no later than 27 September 2019. Approved applicants will be notified for completion of ATRRS enrollment or placement on the waitlist NLT 4 October 2019.
