Gov't Contract and Fiscal Law New Developments Course
This application is for non-DoD applicants only. If you are a uniformed or civilian employee of DoD, registration must be done through the Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS).
Scope: This course provides instruction on new developments in government contract law for senior government contract attorneys.
Prerequisites: This course is intended for senior (O-5/GS-14 or equivalent and above) U.S. Government attorneys who work as a government contract law attorney or in a position of significant responsibility in acquisition law, have successfully completed the Contract Attorneys Course (5F-F10), Advanced Contract Law Course (5F-F103), or equivalent training, and have a minimum of three years of experience as a contract law attorney. Applications from all federal agencies meeting this criteria are welcome; however, due to limited class size, priority will be given to Department of Defense attorneys.
All prospective students must complete the course application below for approval or disapproval no later than 25 September 2018. Approved applicants will be notified for completion of ATRRS enrollment by 2 October 2018. Applicants that are waitlisted will be notified of their placement on the waitlist by 4 October 2018.
