Prerequisites: This course is by INVITATION ONLY to DoD military and civilian attorneys who are serving in, or are pending assignment to, a federal labor and employment law position. Since this course is designed to be a fundamentals course in federal labor and employment law, applicants should have no more than three years of federal labor and employment law experience. Paralegals, legal administrators, and others who provide legal support to federal labor and employment law attorneys may also apply. All prospective students must complete the course application below. This course is tentatively scheduled to be conducted in person, but may be changed to distance learning based on COVID-related considerations.
An acceptance decision will be made by the Course Manager by COB on Monday, 4 October 2021 as to whether an applicant is invited or will be wait listed. Any applicant that is wait listed will be notified by COB on Monday, 25 October 2021 if they are invited to attend.
