Scope: This course provides foundational instruction in government contract law for entry-level attorneys serving at installations, Army Materiel Command, and comparable contracting activities.
Prerequisites: This course is intended for U.S. Government attorneys in the current role of non-supervisory contract law attorneys with TWO YEARS OR LESS of government contract law experience. Individuals who have completed this course within the three-year period immediately preceding the date of this course are not eligible to attend. Applications from all federal agencies meeting this criteria are welcome; however, due to limited class size, priority will be given to Department of Defense attorneys.
All prospective students must complete the course application for approval or disapproval no later than 31 May 2019. Approved applicants will be notified for completion of ATRRS enrollment by 7 June 2019.
